The Ecomatic control lamp (K110) is the orange lamp that illuminates on the instrument cluster to indicate that Ecomatic mode has been disabled and thus the engine will not turn off and will not freewheel.
The symbol is of the standard "car engine" with a handbrake symbol over the top right of it.
